We are working on a sudden (as of yesterday) database performance problem. Work distribution will be slow until we fix this. Forums and other web features involving the database are currently off.
Update - July 10: no solutions yet - various services will be up and down as testing continues.
什么时候能好?

We have been struggling with database problems for the past few days, though we made some progress today. Various services may still be up and down throughout the weekend, but we may be beyond the worst of it.
不过SETI一口气发给我6个包。太疯狂了吧

已经恢复正常了~！
