彻底改一下：
Groups are designed to offer better statistics. The founder of a group must fit in or follow the following statements:
1. The credit of the founder must be more than 5000 (will be deducted after group generation).
2. Total Upload of the founder must be more than 200.
3. The founder should have ability of summoning members to join his group.
4. A group must have a remarkable name and a detailed introduction.
5. No similar group exists currently.
Even if the group is created, administrators of the project still have rights to modify the name and introduction of the group, and even delete the group not obeying to the rules.
