Prof. Dr. Schr枚der und ich (Thomas Hilbig) werden die n盲chsten drei Tage an einem Workshop an der Universit盲t Manchester teilnehmen. Falls es Probleme geben sollte, dann wenden Sie sich bitte an die Forum Admins: Leprechaun oder Miko. Diese werden sich dann mit mir in Verbindung setzen.

Prof. Schröder is for the next 4 weeks in the Ames Laboratory and devotes himself fully and completely to the
research with the colleagues there. I will be from the 23.07.2007 for 3 weeks on vacation.
I will generate enough Workunits, so that there is enough work. I also wish a nice vacation or nice
sunny days all participants.
If there should be problems, then contact please to the forum Admins:

Das Spinhenge@home Team hat die kurze Sommerpause gut überstanden. Wir hoffen auch alle Teilnehmer.
In den kommenden Wochen werden wir ein Server Update auf die neuste Version machen und bekommen dann auch einen
neuen Datenbankserver. Dann kann die Sun Fire X4200 wieder in unserem Cluster mitrechnen. Genaueres wird
früh genug im Forum und in den News stehen.
The Spinhenge@home team has well got over the short summer break. We also hope all participants, too.
During the next weeks we will do a server update to the newest version and then we get also a new database server.
Then the Sun Fire X4200 could be put again back in our cluster. Further details will post early enough on our
forum and in the news.

Diese Woche wird noch der neuen Spinhenge-Linux-Client als Test Applikation mit Test-WUs Online gestellt. Wer also testen m枚chte, ist herzlich dazu eingeladen. Das einzige was noch nicht 100 prozentig funktioniert, ist der neue Bildschirmschoner. Der erste Screen macht noch Probleme. Diese werden aber auch noch gel枚st. Zugleich wird auch noch die gleiche Version f眉r Windows als Test Applikation Online gestellt, damit wir einen direkten Vergleich haben, um evtl. Optimierungen vornehmen zu k枚nnen.

This week the new Spinhenge Linux client is still put as a test application with Test-WUs online. Who would like to test, is invited to try it. The only one what yet 100-percent does not function, is the new screen saver. The first Screen still does problems. However, these are still solved. At the same time the same version is still put for Windows as a test application online, so that we have a direct comparison to be able to carry out perhaps optimisation.

Leider ist uns ein kleiner Fehler im SQL statement unterlaufen und so erhielten einige von Ihnen mehr Mails. als sie sollten. Mehr Informationen dazu hier. Wir bedauern es sehr, einigen so viele Mails geschickt zu haben.

We send out last night mails with subject "Need to Update Spinhenge@home to the correct version". We made a little mistake in our SQL statement so many users get more mails then they should get. For more information please have a look here. We are very sorry for sending out so many mails to some of you.
