Hi guy`s my English is good, but my Mandarin / Chinese non existent

I all depend the translation software

You are very lucky with the translation software, we don`t have Chinese font`s installed so all we see are small square boxes.

At least you can try English, I have no idea where to start with Mandarin !

I`ll write more later and give you guys a chance to practice.

some Chinese letters are easy to understand.
like:
one-->一
two-->二
three-->三
quite easy, right?
then the next one:
four-->四
that's the trouble~~~

That`s very kind to try to teach but all I see is

one ---> Then a little box
two----> then the same little box

I will install a Chinese font tonight to see if that makes a difference.

i can explain that:
one---one line,like'-'
two----two parrell lines
three----three parrell lines
but four------much too complex to Xplain~~~

Because he has writen it in Chinese ...

I translate and the understanding through the dictionary.
I only am one ordinary participation.

I don`t suppose it will help much if I visit China but it`s a start.

I`ll put a font in later and see what happens, all your post`s should hopefully come alive with Chinese symbols.

When I use google,I can see the Korean and Janpanese,but I can not read them.
A friend of mine said when he visited the Janpanese forum,he found there were many boxes only,too.

Yes but this is good though as it gives you all a chance to practice your English.

Chinese language looks so hard to us as it looks like art, pictures that cannot be written with a biro.

A lot of tattoo`s (body art) are Chinese writing as people are very fond of the artistic nature and think it has supernatural powers.

Those characters are henna tattoo`s that are temporary they come on the sheet like that.

Is it that there are bad words there ? It has been the case of people having Chinese character tattoo`s here only to find out later the tattoo is something abusive. Rarely do they find out as only the Chinese know and smile silently to themselves.
