I am interested to know how you write at school and college. You can see that English is quite easy and we join the letters together when writing, it doesn`t appear to be that easy in Chinese the pen would alway`s have to leave the paper.

Does each character have a meaning or a phonetic sound ?

Many characters are of the same meaning and many characters sound same or similar.

Which explains why it is a difficult language for us to learn. When we hear Chinese people talk it seem`s so fast that it`s very hard to actually differentiate the sounds. I expect you feel the same about English !

It is a bright blue sky with lots of sunshine, this morning. We are enjoying a late summer with temperatures at 26-30 C. Have a good day China !

Well done!I don't know google is also a translation software before.
