Projects 10493, 10494, 10496 [Core 21, GPU, linux, win]

These projects features simulations of mTOR, a kinase often dysregulated in kidney cancer, the 7th leading cause of cancer deaths in the United States. The goal of this project is to better understand the way in which mTOR mutations observed in cancer patients might activate or dysregulate the kinase, or desensitize it to anticancer therapeutics.

These projects simulate mTOR either wild type with a number of mutants observed in cancer patients at MSKCC. Project 10493 features just the kinase domain, while projects 10494 and 10496 feature the kinase domain + the FAT and FRB domains. The initial conditions come from relaxed structures obtained from project 10491 and 10492, which were based on crystal structures obtained by Nikola Pavletich at MSKCC. These projects use core 0x21 v0.0.12

As a note, these projects should generate more heat on your GPU, similar to project 10495. Additionally, we have currently excluded NVIDIA Maxwell 2's from these projects while we work on some errors we encountered with those cards in internal testing.

Beta下毒包太多,新版core21效率又低下,暂不考虑尝试

10495,目前跑过最高温的包,功耗也是最高,PPD 39万 中规中矩。


FAH论坛有普通用户提到
I think we have the following :
- PME is used in projects 10493, 10494, 11400 and 11401
- PME is not used in project 10495, 10496

当然这有待确定

另外GUI的部分字体变了不知何故
