CPU计算的新冠包
COVID-19 Projects 1386{2,3} to BETA[size=1.3em]These simulations are of the 3CL protease using different models for protein physics than we typically use. The idea is to compare and see if we could be doing things better, while still getting data about a system we care about!
All projects are using the A7 Gromacs CPU core.
base credit is 310 for both.
