能不能详细地介绍DIMES？？

刚刚注册了，发现很难用，又没有帮助文件，什么也没有，信息我又看不明白，能不能介绍得详细一点？

怎么好象是JAVA组件问题？感觉好象……没装1。4的JAVA？

我现在还挺郁闷的，怎么就没人对这个项目有兴趣的呢？
