in my suggestion, the damage of hurricane may mainly ascribe the Chief Executive. They fail to announce the emergency immediately because they fear it bring some negative record to their political life. one of my friend lived in Louisiana said his living is terrible now.

they did announce it but only the rich had other places to go, the poor and the sick had nowhere or the means to go. Some Forty thousand were herded into a big stadium and literally just left, no organisation or food or water. We watched on TV as they pleaded for help as the old people in 100 C heat died in wheelchairs etc., There were gangs with guns running loose, looting and raping.

The TV crews flew in and out without trouble, no one else came for days.

The problem now is that most of the poor left behind were black, racial tension is mounting in the US.

I have to look to my Chinese friends to tell me what I can or cannot say here so please feel free to tell me off.

what about the internet ?? can you go anywhere you like on the internet, or are you only allowed to look at parts of it ??
i am limited to english language sites because that is the only language i can understand

English is the language of the earth, if you are native English speaker, actually you don't need to learn any foreign languages not like us..
