September 27th is the 100th anniversary of Einstein抯 publication of
the world抯 most famous equation--E=mc^2! Celebrate this historic
occasion by having a special cake in class (or cake decorating contest), open
house, lab demo, star party...really, anything you can do to
commemorate this anniversary. Spread the word about E=mc^2 day!

3. Einstein's Big Idea Premieres on PBS, Tuesday, October 11 at 8:00
p.m.

Genius by genius, idea by idea, this revealing NOVA docudrama tells the
story behind the world's most famous equation, bringing to life the
stories of the men and women whose innovative thinking across four
centuries set the stage for Albert Einstein's bold breakthrough: E=mc^2.

Aidan McArdle (Ella Enchanted, Not Only But Always) stars as Einstein
with Shirley Henderson (Bridget Jones, Harry Potter) as wife Mileva
