We found some bugs regarding the zero CPU time and progress meter problems in our client. We will test and release new versions soon. Please be patient.

More time will be required to improve the code and to fix the bugs. For the time being, there will be very little work available. At the same time, physicists are analyzing the earlier results.

We are setting up the alpha project on the new server, to test out new clients. Hopefully this will not impact the server too much but some irregularities may occur.

The new sixtrack application seems to run fine but we will have to do a final analysis on the results.
We are not yet using the new BOINC api, because this requires a lot of changes to the way we do graphics.
Before we made these changes we wanted to test the new physics code. Version 4.66 uses the CRlibm library. This will hopefully remove the differing results we have seen from different platforms.

Bad News: Once again the Workunit table had been corrupted.
Good News: The latest run has finished successfully. Two of the five studies we also ran locally. The studies run on LHC@home are 100% identical to the control studies.
Some new scripts have been developed which hopefully should increase the speed and ease of use of the job submission.
Finally we are planning a big study of the beam to beam effect, hopefully starting next week.

坏消息: Workunit表再次损坏了。
好消息: 最后一轮运算已经圆满结束。五分之二的研究已经由本地完成。
LHC@home的研究结果与实际控制研究结果100%一致。
开发了一些新脚本，希望能增加任务的计算速度和软件的易用性。
最后我们计划的进行一项大的射线干涉作用研究，预计下星期开始。
