The Near Time Persistency Checker (software we are developing to get up-to-date analysis of SETI@home results) has enjoyed recent progress. There is work still to be done, but the basic plumbing is in place - for example, on the Science Status page we added counts of signals SETI@home found where the Arecibo is currently pointing.

Server Status
Our BOINC database server crashed this morning around 10:30am California time. It is in the middle of recovery now. We expect the project to be back up sometime this afternoon.加州时间今天上午10:30（北京时间15日22:30） BOINC 的数据服务器死机。现在正在恢复中，预计项目能在下午某个时间能恢复正常。（北京时间16日上午）

The assimilators started malfunctioning over the weekend, which indicates that there may be a problem in a portion of the science database. We've had to turn off work generation while we discuss our options. We will probably be out of work in 8 hours or so.项目的 assimilators 服务器于本周末开始出现故障，这表示在科学数据库的某一部分存在问题。项目已经关闭任务产生器。大概会在8小时内无法工作。

We are working on a sudden (as of yesterday) database performance problem. Work distribution will be slow until we fix this. Forums and other web features involving the database are currently off.截止昨日数据库突然遇到性能问题，在解决此问题前，任务的分发将很缓慢。论坛和其他网页涉及数据库的现时正关闭。
