How to embed a video in your thread

First, find the address of the link. It should be a Flash link since most of the video sharing websites in China are based on Flash technology, not HTML5




Then, use the advanced edition mode in our forum. Choose the same logo as the website where you found the video and paste the Flash address you found.






谁帮忙翻译下这两句话，我英语实在渣得很……
首先要找到播放器的Flash地址，中国的视频网站目前都基于Flash技术，不支持HTML5
然后打开论坛的高级编辑模式，在菜单中选择对应的网站图标将刚才的Flash地址嵌入视频即可

很久不看语法了.可能会有语法的问题.不过应该不影响理解.
