New Forum and Subsection for Team China

We have set up new forum for team China members.The Ambassadors will be the forum moderators.

All 4 have the abilities to control the forum.Feel free to use your native language here and we'll figure it out or continue to practice your English and we will help you along.

This is the first time we have ever had Forum Moderators so if there are any issues let me know.

We just set up new forums for SETI.USA and Team Musketeers here, inside the English section. I think we may change the name of "English section" to something international.
We still need to adjust something
All will be set soon!

Nobodyk is his forum's name and James Ying is his boinc's name
