I am introducing two advanced core21 GPU projects 11406 and 11407. These are simulations of kinases to better understand cancer drug binding mechanisms. Specifically the simulations are of casein kinase II (11406) and SYK kinase (11407).

DETAILS
Project 11406
base credit: 22854
system size: 70546 atoms

Project 11407
base credit: 11850
system size: 45368 atoms

Deadline, timeout, and k-factor for all projects are 10, 7, and 0.75, respectively.
These projects are all also OS:Win/Linux and GPU:Nvidia/ATI.

These are CK2 and SYK kinases in explicit solvent using PME electrostatics.
