[新闻] new GPU project 9852 to full FAH

想尝鲜不但需要advanced参数,而且还需要加新的参数"max-packet-size/big"
171.67.108.160这个服务器地址是斯坦福大学的,下载上传坑爹无极限

用的0.014内核,TPF=1:10,大概50万PPD,毫无亮点

Current progress rate 6.55%.
97.2% of assignments successfully ended, 0.7% are currently running. Only 0.8% failed. No major issues reported.
I'm going to move p9852 to full FAH tomorrow.

Hi all,

I'm moving project 9852 to ADV. This project is about NMDA receptors, transmembrane proteins in neurons that play a key role in learning and memory formation. Disruptions in this protein (for example, caused by mutations) may lead to numerous neurological disorders, including schizophrenia, autism and epilepsy. We still don't understand how NMDA receptors work on the resolution level of single atoms. This lack of knowledge impedes a rational design of drugs that would be able to treat the corresponding disorders.

Note that you need to set "max-packet-size/big" to work with this project: this system is pretty big.

#atoms 126753
Timeout 5 days
Deadline = 20 days
Base Credit = 3200
Core 21
k-factor = 0.75
Nvidia/ATI GPUs, Linux/Win (hopefully)

It's been reported that this project may cause troubles in a situation with ATI, Windows and CPU slot on all CPU threads.

我加了参数接到的10495,这个包还木有接到

不知道不用0.0.14內核,跑這個會高一點麼。

用0.012的PPD肯定高,但是有可能没跑多少进度就爆包咯

0.014下性能那个减速10%,表现在PPD上估计相差近20%

用0.014 加这两个参数跑了一天,60万不到,感觉一般般。 今天加回advanced了。  1490的980ti估计要再跑一会儿才比较准,我都是50%以后测的。

很稳定的TPF,在1:09到1:10之间
看来这个包吃shaders数量,对频率不太感冒
适合旗舰级卡跑

PS:我除了这个尝鲜以外,其他WIN7下跑得卡都是ADV参数+0.012内核+保守频率,
取得的PPD反而比高一些频率+0.014内核来的高
