集成+独立显卡，开蛋白质计算出错的解决方法

症状：七彩虹n78u x5，mcp78u的板子，集成730a显卡，加一块8800gt，双卡进系统没问题，双卡显示扩展桌面都可以，就是没发打开蛋白质计算，显示显卡不支持或驱动不对的对话框（程序这时说的是730a不支持）。

因为，我另有一台nf4sli插两块不同型号显卡，有成功使用经历，慢的显卡用来桌面加速，快得显卡扩展桌面，玩游戏或算蛋白质时系统会自动用快得那块显卡，慢的那块是不参与，所以想来试试看能不能也这样用。
可是，驱动装了无数遍，给程序加上强制gpu命令也试了，都无效，只能关了内置的730a，只用外置一切回复正常。

解决方法：最后，经多次调试，两显卡同时使用的方法是：第一步：bios里设置内外部显卡都打开，设置内部显卡优先启动都可以，设置智能sli为关闭；第二部：启动系统，正常装驱动（切记：驱动一定要装完整的包含显卡驱动的主板驱动包，不要单独装最新的显卡驱动，不然算蛋白质会出问题，无法自动延续），装完驱动重启，再到控制面板-显示里给外置显卡扩展桌面（操作系统在win7以下的需要两个显卡都接上显示器），然后运行蛋白质运算。这时，主板自带的内置显卡用来给桌面应用加速，蛋白质计算会自动放到外置显卡上，两个显卡互不干扰，各干各的。

经进一步测试，玩3D游戏必须用外置显卡优先启动并关闭内置显卡才行。在系统里把主桌面从内置卡改外置卡玩游戏行不通。这一点上mcp78u不如sli的主板，用sli主板操作系统可以自动选择性能强的显卡运行游戏。

我是在因特尔集成显卡的板子上，进入BIOS强制优先使用内置显卡显示，开启能使用PEG，进入系统后给PCIE显卡安装驱动，然后重启，进入系统后把当前桌面扩展到PCIE显卡上，就能使用CUDA跑GPU3客户端了。

       要请教个问题，我用GPU3免安装版V6.41r2_Systray版，在这台mcp78u上一直不稳定，接包后如果能顺利Starting GUI Server就会一直算不出错，但有可能只算完一个包就停了，也有可能算3-4个也不会停，56**的包特别容易停，1050*的就不会停，停的时候显示NANs detected on GPU，要整个文件夹删掉重新解压新的出来才行，有时要试好几遍才行，有时怎么试也不行。您给看看这是啥问题啊？
     我试过关了集成显卡，试过重装驱动，都一个样没变化

兄弟驱动不要用最新版的，一般260.99比较稳定，另外系统DX升级到最新版。

碰到高温包时做好显卡的散热

    负面影响怎么说那，对ppd没影响，但用了这段时间感觉不太稳定，主要是算完某个包后有可能自动停下，需要关了蛋白质程序重开就好了，也就是要人盯着，所以只能做日常使用的电脑，不能当无人看管的跑分机。

    金版，求您给分析一下我这是遇到什么情况了。还是这台集成+独立显卡机器，装了197.13的驱动后，好了那么几天，现在有开始出错了。症状是：正常算完一个包，下一个包接收也正常，但无法启动核心，好像三次以后就eue了。软件关掉再开一般不好用，需要另换个文件夹，开新软件就好用。这几天我都这么两个foiding文件夹轮换着开着用的。
