[GPU] PROJ13424-5 (OpenMM 22) for BETA testing

[size=1.3em]We're rolling out accelerated testing of PROJ13424 and 13425 (core22, GPU-only) for the COVID Moonshot Sprint 3 to BETA.

We've managed to address some of the more significant issues with 134xx projects, including the large RUN-to-RUN variation. This should minimize PPD variation that had caused problems with other WUs.

We'll only be in BETA until around 7.00AM UTC Sat 29 Aug to make sure we don't encounter higher failure rates.

13420/22是特例，官方说是为了抹平各任务包之间的用时差距，加了10%的补偿分，往后估计不会有了
