I'm looking for the same feedback as usual: 1) base credits -- if the project is not in range, please let me know what hardware and OS you are using (as well as any other information you think might be relevant) and 2) any errors that might come up.
Scientific Background: These simulations focus on a human-rat cardiac myosin chimera. Our collaborators are interested in understanding what sequence differences between mammals explain variation in myosin velocity and hence heart rates. Hence, we have introduced the sequence from rat cardiac myosin into several positions of human cardiac myosin and will compare this chimera's dynamics to both rat and human cardiac myosins'.
