September 12, 2007 What Are We Crunching?
A note to our faithful crunchers and potential newcomers: we are planning to improve the web site with better information about the various applications and projects that we are running. Hopefully this will serve to both satisfy curiosity and get everyone excited! So check out the new link, What Are We Crunching?

Approximately 500 batches (x133 WUs each) of HMMPfam will be trickling in as they get crunched. We should have more information about this project on the research page soon.
