比较郁闷，服务器关机电源开关也关闭了，不能远程开机。。。找到的东西先贴上来，上班后测试。
These instructions will help you get started gpu folding on 64 bit Ubuntu 10.04 Lucid Lynx.
This will install Ubuntu 10.04, GPU folding client and compile nvclock. All italicized comments are terminal commands. There is a space after every http address and @ symbol in the folding client so that it doesn't compress the address. You will have to remove it for the command to work.
You may want to have this list available on a different computer for some of the addresses.
1 - Download and install Ubuntu 10.04 - http ://www.ubuntu.com/
2 - sudo apt-get update
3 - sudo apt-get dist-upgrade (may take a while)
4 - sudo apt-get install wine build-essential openssh-server
5 - winecfg (click ok once started - no need to configure anything)
6 - wget http ://www.fold4life.com/ffiles/wrapper2ndgen/cudart.dll.so -O ~/.wine/drive_c/windows/system32/cudart.dll
7 - ln -s ~/.wine/drive_c/windows/system32/cudart.dll ~/.wine/drive_c/windows/system32/nvcuda.dll
8 - Go to System -> Administration -> Hardware Drivers and install the latest nVidia drivers included with Ubuntu 10.04.
9 - wget http ://www.nvidia.com/object/thankyou_linux.html?url=/compute/cuda/2_3/toolkit/cudatoolkit_2.3_linux_32_ubuntu9.04.run
10 - chmod +x cudatoolkit_2.3_linux_32_ubuntu9.04.run
11 - sudo ./cudatoolkit_2.3_linux_32_ubuntu9.04.run
12 - sudo sh -c "echo '/usr/local/cuda/lib' > /etc/ld.so.conf.d/cuda.conf"
13 - sudo ldconfig
14 - sudo reboot
15 - cd ~
16 - wget http ://www.linuxhardware.org/nvclock/nvclock0.8b4.tar.gz
17 - tar xvzf nvclock0.8b4.tar.gz
18 - cd nvclock0.8b4
19 - ./configure --disable-gtk --disable-qt --disable-x --disable-nvcontrol
20 - make
21 - sudo make install
22 - nvclock -i (will give error message about a directory the first time)
23 - cd ~
24 - mkdir folding
25 - cd folding
26 - wget http ://www.stanford.edu/group/pandegroup/folding/release/Folding @home-Win32-GPU_XP-623.zip
27 - unzip Folding @home-Win32-GPU_XP-623.zip
28 - wine Folding @home-Win32-GPU.exe -configonly -forcegpu nvidia_g80
29 - wine Folding @home-Win32-GPU.exe -verbosity 9 -forcegpu nvidia_g80
Starting apps from terminal:
nvclock -i (for card info, speeds, and temps)
nvclock -f -F 100 (run gpu fan at 100%)
For multi card setups:
nvclock -s (shows card numbers)
nvclock -c 1 -f -F 100 (changes card #1 fan to 100%)
