Re: COVID (GPU, core22 0.0.6) projects 13410-13413 to BETA[size=1.3em]Apologies again for this folks. I don't think the core will auto-update if caught in the infinite CORE_RESTART loop, which is why I suggested dumping the WU (though I realize blowing away the cores/ directory is another good alternative that doesn't involve dumping the WU).
We're working hard to better automate testing of these builds over the next couple of weeks, so thanks for bearing with us!
We hope to have core22 0.0.9 builds out to BETA in the next day or so, with some further bugfixes.

[size=1.3em]We are now testing a build of core22 0.0.8 that should fix this issue!
~ John Chodera // MSKCC Re: COVID (GPU, core22 0.0.6) projects 13410-13413 to BETA[size=1.3em]We've found an issue with core22 0.0.6 and are pushing out 0.0.7 with a critical bugfix now! Stay tuned.
We'll also restrict 13413 (the really small project) to slow cards after BETA. There just aren't enough slow cards on BETA right now for thorough testing.
Thanks, everybody! COVID (GPU, core22 0.0.6) projects 13410-13413 to BETA[size=1.3em]We've just released new projects---13410-13413---that follow on the 134xx series---to test the new features of the new core22 release 0.0.6 that we will use for prioritization of compounds for COVID-19 experimental collaborators to make and test!

We've restricted the classes of GPUs to fast GPUs only and made some changes to the composition of the systems, which hopefully minimizes the divergence between linux and win.
These are short WUs, ~1-4h/WU.
Please post any issues you experience here!
