Hmmer production workunits starting: This night we will switch to workunits for the hmmer application. The hmmer 5.04 versions for Windows, Linux and MacOS were released. The i386-app for PC based on old, non-SSE CPUs has been released for Linux. The i386-app for Windows will follow until the end of this week. UNIX versions will follow after the first week with hmmer. Please note that we grant workunit specific credits for hmmer (see the project FAQ). Future simap workunits will also get workunit specific credits and therefore have a quorum and initial replication of two (as for hmmer). Please report problems that might occur in the message boards of our forum.

现在有任务了，不过任务报大了有2.5倍左右（以前是2MB左右），一个包大约5MB多，需要的时间也上涨了（以前1个WU在600MHz上要2个小时左右，现在在2.66GHz上也要2个小时左右）。

不喜欢它的包到5MB多~
