[求助] Primes Database translation

在PrimeGrid上收到用户 jmblazek 的消息：

Howdy!

I came across this over at the Primes Database. I didn't notice a Mandarin language option so I thought I'd pass this along to you.

我看了一下那个页面，似乎就是跟BOINC的页面翻译差不多，只需要翻译几个词条就可以了，这样的话还是很可以做一下的~~~
这个网站就是一个网上的质数数据库，记录了前5000个最大的已发现质数，所有发现了大质数的项目都是向它报告要求验证什么的，可以说是相当有权威的~~~所以我觉得也是比较值得翻译的~~~我已经发了邮件给那里的负责人了~~~看看明天回音如何~~~

真是羡慕你们英语好的，生活都多了这许多乐趣。我英语差，天天用蹩脚的英语加上丰富夸张的肢体语言，再加上不停的重复，勉强能和黑人交流，更多的时候，是我呆看着他们，他们呆看着我。

网络还是慢，现在不用我们公司内网的 VPN 上我们论坛了，改用美国的 VPN 了，二次代理进来比以前快多了。我还在尼日利亚首都阿布贾，相对来说比较安全，预计年底回去。

Which Chinese dialect do you have in mind?  And with which character encoding?  I very strongly prefer utf-8.  

Check those pages out and get back to me with whatever questions you have.  As China continues to have a growing presence on the web, it would make sense to make the list of largest known primes available in Chinese.

很久没有汇报情况了~~~
断断续续做了一个月~~~352个词条剩下100个不到了~~~其实不应该这么久的~~~拖慢速度的原因主要有两个~~~一个就是每周几次的口试~~~还有遇到了两次物理测验~~~再加上申请居留证什么的跑来跑去~~~第二就是实在不习惯这种翻译方式啊~~~这样子翻译的话很不适应~~~因为上下文都没有了~~~
这个周末继续努力~~~

已经翻好了~~~更正了一次错误~~~由于没有上下文的关系犯的错误和一些打错的字都已经更正了~~~估计很快就能放上去了~~~
还有一个问题，就是好像他们的页面转做中文之后，页面整体是UTF-8，但是所有日期的输出都是GB2312，这样就出问题了。这个应该怎么解决呢？~~~

现在又奇迹地好了~~~我那时候看还是一个一个的框框~~~
但是现在又有一个问题~~~本来菜单的地方是要放上“中文（简体）”来指示语言的~~~但是那边的负责人说我发送过去的那几个字他搞了很久都粘贴不上去~~~所以现在菜单上写的还是Chinese(Simplified)~~~
邮件原文如下：

I saw that there was a font problem.  I think I fixed it--take a look and let me know.  But I am having lots of trouble getting  中文（简体） on to the web menu.  SO until I figure out why I can not cut and paste it I'll have to leave the name in English.

Let me know if there are language/culture issues to address.

Surely it is a problem on my end.  But using a utf8 enabled ssh client (putty) and a utf8 enabled editor (vi) all should have been enough.  Do you know though if there is a work around--perhaps enter the characters using Unicode as &4827; ...  (I just made that number up).
