1. The symbol store that we put in 5.22 was not properly activated, so we're giving it another shot.
2. We can now use prior predictions for which parts of the chain are buried or exposed to guide the Rosetta search.
3. We can efficiently assemble predefined domains of the protein chain into a whole structure.

Our recommended memory requirement has been reduced to 256MB due to recent improvements in the memory footprint of our application.

We desperately need as much CPU power as possible for the next two weeks--there are more than 25 CASP targets due, including some that are our best shots at really high resolution models. Frustratingly, we won't be able to do anywhere near as much sampling as we had planned for these proteins as there are so many coming due near the same time, and thus can't really expect the accuracy we had hoped for. So if it is at all possible for you to increase your rosetta@home cpu time for the next two weeks please do--it will make a huge difference for our collective efforts!

We are still working on the new credit system but it should be ready soon. Ralph@home is currently down for the moment as we move its hardware to another data center. It will be back online in a day or so. Thanks for your patience.
