11/26/2003 Change to the stats system
The stats system is getting hit hard right now with stats queries, which is causing problems with entering new stats into the db. We've put a cap on the number of people who can access the stats at any given time in order to relieve this issue. This does not affect the fast team pages, which are always the best way to access stats if possible.
