V7安装问题，安装后FAHContrl无法启动

安装V7后FAHContrl无法启动，也就无法输入ID和PASSKEY。错误提示如下：



请问大家有没有碰到过类似问题，该如何解决？

尝试过几个V7版本，并且安装后都进行过系统重启。都表现出一样的问题。

去事件查看器，看一下是哪里或者哪个模块加载的时候有问题

Note: Although Pande Group has yet to provide a list of software prerequisites, donors have reported three issues. First is that Microsoft .NET Framework is required by V7 FAHControl in Windows, and Windows XP does not include .NET Framework by default. Microsoft .NET 2.0 or newer should be installed to support the V7 software in Windows XP. All newer versions of Windows already include a supported version of .NET by default. In addition, Windows XP needs the 2008 C++ Redistributable (32 bit) for the FAHClient to operate
