There's a new core posted (version 11) that uses opencl 1.1 for nvidia. Check it out! This is the new minimum version, so it will autodownload

New Core21 GPU projects 10491 and 10492

These projects features simulations of mTOR, a kinase often dysregulated in kidney cancer, the 7th leading cause of cancer deaths in the United States. The goal of this project is to better understand the way in which mTOR mutations observed in cancer patients might activate or dysregulate the kinase, or desensitize it to anticancer therapeutics.

Project 10491 is a simulation of the wild-type mTOR kinase domain, while project 10492 includes the regulator FAT domain. Initial conditions come from various crystal structures obtained by Nikola Pavletich at MSKCC, modeled using the new Ensembler tool from our laboratory.

These projects feature the new OpenMM 6.2 core (0x21), and project 10492 features a very large system (277K atoms), so please let us know if you experience any problems or unusual behavior with these projects!

我现在980/970/960都不加参数跑,这样比较稳定不会爆包

我现在GM200也什么都不加了，那些新出的WU有的才30多万PPD。。。

CORE17和18内核包哪类980TI跑得更高PPD?
