应该不是BOINC的问题，你看看你的WCG是不是有这么一个设置：
在设置(Settings)》设备管理器（Device Manager）》设备概要文件（Device Profile）
选择自定义（Custom Profile）
然后在高级设置（Advanced Options）里边有这么一个东西：
| If you are using version 6.2 of the software, then the number of processors used will be the lesser of the two fields below. If you are using a version before 6.2, then only the 'at most' field will be used. | On multiprocessors, at most use: | | processors | On multiprocessors, use: | | % of processors |
意思就是说，6.2以后的BOINC版本，只会识别第一个数字的限制，这个数字默认是32，这就是为什么大部分跑WCG的机器都会被“限制”到32个线程
直接改成64或者更多就好了
