Removed support for reading Gromacs trajectory files.
Skip over non-GPU OpenCL devices during detection.
Pass both CUDA and OpenCL device indices to GPU cores when available.
Fall back to guessing GPU indices when drivers cannot be loaded.
Added message to indicate why GPU drivers were not detected.
Don't inadvertently remove GPU index options from config.
Correctly handle PCI bus/dev IDs > 127.

v7.4.16:
Read JSON files from command line.
Use basic mode by default.
Removed support for reading Gromacs format files .trn, .tpr, .xtc.
Removed ``--xyz <file>`` option. Not needed.
Core 0xa4 3D Visualization
We are in the process of phasing out core 0xa4 in favor of the new Gromacs core 0xa7. This beta release no longer support the visualization format produced by the 0xa4 core. In fact the 0xa4 core never really supported visualization. As a temporary fix we hacked in support for reading the Gromacs files directly. This code was troublesome so it has been removed. This means there will not be visualization for 0xa4 in this and future clients. This will not be a problem once we phase out 0xa4.
Default packet size
The default "max-packet-size" has been increased from 5MiB to 25MiB. It was decided that 5MiB was too small for the needs of today's simulations.
Windows 32/64bit
We decided not to continue with the 64-bit Windows release. We still have to support 32-bit Windows and it doesn't make sense to have two different packages when one will suffice. More importantly, the 64-bit version does not provide any significant performance advantages. The cores which do all the heavy lifting, already exist in both 64 and 32-bit versions. For those of you who previously installed the 64-bit 7.4.15 Windows client, it is recommended that you first uninstall it before installing this new version.
OSX client
This release now includes the OSX client that was missing from v7.4.15. Many thanks go to Kevin Bernhagen (calxalot).
Multi-GPU detection
Many issues with GPU detection were found and hopefully are fixed by this release. If not we'll get them next round.
Final notes
Thanks again for your efforts to help us improve the Folding@home software.
