[size=1.3em]Projects 13412-13415 are the final stages of testing core22 based free energy calculations (using the new core22 0.0.10 release) for supporting the COVID Moonshot (http://postera.ai/covid).

13412 and 13414 model the interaction of ligands with the target protein and are restricted to newer GPUs, while 13413 and 13415 model the interactions of ligands in solvent and are restricted to older GPUs.

还行，相对这个得分而言，功耗压力算是比较小。

13415包 radeon VII只有380K PPD但是我TPF只有33秒，奇怪的现象。。。。

我这边13414经常只有100W 莫名其妙的   2080TI@win10

有些是BUG包，GPU负载只有一半，一般来讲正常包可以330万+


PS：恭喜兄弟2080TI入手，原来的2张1080TI也同时在跑么？

1080TI已经流转出去了 现在主力是一张2080TI   然后还有3张2080TI在路上  明天下午大约可以跑起来

现在在研究linux...完全小白

兄弟大牛啊，四张2080TI在linux下妥妥的1600+万，是单机四卡还是双机双卡？


PS：可以使用论坛@Lynt  兄弟的乌班图FAH专用镜像， @Keyco 的四卡机就是使用的该镜像，效率奇高
