I'm looking for the same feedback as usual: 1) base credits -- if the project is not in range, please let me know what hardware and OS you are using (as well as any other information you think might be relevant) and 2) any errors that might come up.
Scientific Background: These simulations focus on the drug Omecamtiv Mecarbil (OM). This drug is in clinical trials to assess its efficacy in the treatment of heart failure. This drug has two proposed binding modes. I am using simulations to determine which binding mode is more likely and whether one of these binding modes can explain the cardioselectivity (i.e., the drug only binds cardiac myosin and not other myosins in the body) of OM.
