[SETI] Compiling faster Windows client with Intel C++ compiler

helloooooooo everyone!!  loooooong time no see!!  

I have finally stop crunching seti classic and turn my effort onto seti boinc now.  and for all those running seti boinc, here's a faster windows client for you!!  it's 100% legal from berkeley!!

INSTRUCTION::

stop and exit all boinc exe/client  -->  make sure there's NO boinc is running (easily tell from Task Manager) --> unzip the file for your CPU from below into a folder --> copy the boinc.exe into boinc folder and overwrite the boinc.exe  --> copy the new boinc client (4.11v) and the new app .xml file into setiathome's folder (boinc/project/setiathome) -->  start boinc again  --> it will re-benchmark your machine again and start to crunch  -->  note the time difference from before and after  --> be very happy for yourself ( )!!

and here's the optimized client that I'm hosting on my server (make sure to use the right one for you CPU type!)::  

Athlon, Athlon XP, P3 (SSE1)
Athlon 64 (Generic SSE2)
P4 Willamette, Northwood (SSE2)
P4 Prescott (SSE3)
Pentium M
P1, P2, K6

and IF you dont' want to re-download ALL the cached WUs, you can use this xml file instead the one in the zip file (if you use the one that's in the zip file, it will abort all the cached WUs and redownload all of them again!)  however, IF you use the above code, you'll have to wait till it finish ALL the cached WUs before it will use the new 4.11 client though.::

I already update boinc to new version 4.43 and i do it ur method already. It was found that the version change to 4.27 but i check in (about boinc) is same 4.43, that is normal or not ?

1WU运算时间确实可以缩短30-50分钟，不过29号过期了。

其实这个工作由seti官方来做最好，也不是很麻烦，然后boinc manager根据机器实际的CPU类型下载相应的版本就可以了。

最好找到原文再试，毕竟是几个月前的文章了，现在应该有些不同了。
